All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item you received was defective.
Refunds can be granted in two cases:
- The item you received was damaged.
- You did not receive the item at all.
Defective items must be reported to email@example.com within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
